Sometimes, dreams are more about friends and intimate moments, rather than big events.

Thanks to Bridge to Dreams, a resident-centred program implemented at Southbridge Care Homes’ West Park Health Centre in St. Catharines, a few residents from West Park Health Centre lived their dream of fishing with ‘the boys.’

On Aug 6, 2019 staff organized a trip to the St. John’s Conservation Area, set up some fishing gear, cracked some non-alcoholic beers, enjoyed some sub sandwiches and enjoyed some classic rock music. The outing was nothing short of a memorable bonding experience, and some fish were definitely caught.

The day ended with a stop to get some milkshakes. A great outing with great company!
