July 27, 2023 – Cheri, a resident of Queensway, was asked what her lifelong dream was. She said she would love nothing more than to go to a spa and get “the works done.” Through the work of dedicated staff, Cheri started her day by dressing up in a new outfit, walking down the red carpet to her complimentary Wave limo who whisked her and her sister away to a spa in London. Upon arrival, they were greeted like royalty by the experts who “gave them the works” – a side-by-side massage, manicure, and pedicure. Cheri was then treated to having her hair coloured, cut and styled, and her make-up professionally applied.

When Cheri was asked what kind of lunch she wanted, she did not hesitate and stated, “A big mac combo,” which we were more than happy to provide. When Cheri returned home, she was welcomed by staff who were just as excited as she was. To commemorate the day, Cheri received a booklet with many pictures highlighting her amazing outing.
